Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE USPS ground shipping in the United States. Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. You'll get an email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your item has shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We're only able to ship to addresses located in the U.S.
We offer free returns as long as products are in new condition with original packaging and tags attached. If you'd like to make a return, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number (or just reply to your order confirmation) and we'll email you with a pre-paid USPS return label. You have 14 days from the delivery date to ship the return back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
For your return, please put the items you'd like to send back in the original packaging, stick the pre-paid return label on the package, and send it via USPS. Please only send returns using the pre-paid labels as we cannot refund a lost return if it was sent some other way.
Late returns or signs of wear?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached and original packaging. We recommend trying on shoes and boots on a carpeted surface to keep leather the soles from scuffing. Any returns that arrive with signs of wear or that are shipped more than 14 days from the date the package was delivered are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt.
We are unable at this time to make exchanges directly, however if you would like to make an exchange for a different size, color or style, please return your shoes or garments for a full refund and place a new order.
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your item and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
